Skill Areas & Cohorts

GTG Nigeria offers selected non-coding, low-code-friendly, and technical pathways through scheduled cohorts. Each intake will identify the pathways available for that cohort. Visit Talent Readiness for the complete pathway list and progression model.

Current Nigeria Ecosystem Relationships

A Stronger Model Through Complementary Partners. GTG Nigeria is building the readiness pathway through defined relationships that contribute different strengths rather than expecting one organization to do everything.

01

Institute for Humanitarian Studies and Social Development (IHSD)

Supports the institutional and infrastructure side of the local readiness environment, including facilities and operating support where applicable.

02

Eagle Eyes Analytics Ltd. (EEA)

Supports training and capability development within approved skill and readiness pathways.

03

Global Talent Gateway Nigeria Limited

Coordinates the overall readiness model, assessment, validation, progression, local operations, and delivery-development direction.

How the Nigeria Model Works

  • Identify the individual’s current level, transferable experience, and intended skill path.

  • Use the appropriate foundation or applied-development pathway.

  • Build capability through structured learning, practical work, feedback, and professional-readiness expectations.

  • Assess and validate progress against defined readiness standards.

  • Allow qualified professionals to progress toward the Tier 3 Vetted Pool.

  • Where appropriate, connect stronger readiness to supervised delivery development and broader GTG-led opportunities.

Supervised Delivery Development

Practice Should Move Toward Real Delivery Conditions. As the ecosystem grows, GTG Nigeria may use supervised assignments, mentoring, practical project exposure, and structured delivery activities to help qualified participants strengthen professional readiness.

Technology Ecosystem Connection

Local Readiness Connected to Global Platforms. Global Talent Gateway Nigeria Limited operates within the broader GTG ecosystem. Through Global Technology Gateway, that ecosystem currently includes an AWS Partner Network relationship. GTG also plans to pursue appropriate relationships with Microsoft/Azure, Google Cloud, SAP, IBM, and other leading technology companies as the ecosystem expands.

Longer-Term Direction

Nigeria First. Africa in View. The immediate focus is to build a disciplined and credible readiness model in Nigeria. Over time, the same structure can support broader institutional relationships, technology readiness, and delivery-capacity development across Africa where appropriate.
